The Role:
This is a hands-on position with the unique opportunity to support and contribute to building up the SoFi procurement function from the ground up. The Sr Analyst, Strategic Sourcing and Procurement will support all purchasing needs across SoFi business functions and stakeholders, will research, review and negotiate supplier engagements, he/she will periodically meet with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their business needs and to identify procurement and savings opportunities. This position will have emphasis in Procurement function compliance and Procurement systems infrastructure including Contract lifecycle management.
What You'll Do:

• Meet with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their business needs and identify procurement and sourcing opportunities Conduct spend analytics across commodities and business units
• Lead and support supplier management and procurement systems implementation
• Review and negotiate contract agreements
• Support procurement business processes design and improvement initiatives
• Contribute to business requirements gathering to automate processes through systems
• Lead contract review process to ensure compliance and input from all relevant stakeholders including Finance, IT, Legal, Infosec, Privacy and Risk
• Support Procurement Operations and Strategic Sourcing metrics tracking
• Prepare and conduct supplier selection processes such as RFI, RFQ and RFPs
• Contribute to SoFi Procurement OKRs
• Conduct industry research to identify prospect suppliers that match SoFi business

What You'll Need:

• Effective problem solving, planning, and project management skills
• A strong desire to build a Procurement function from the ground up
• Analytical skills, comfort with numbers and executive presentations
• Ability to build/maintain strong cross-functional relationships
• Strong communication skills
• 2-5 five years of experience in a procurement role, focus on tech, or fintech industry is
• Experience with procurement and contract lifecycle systems implementations
• College degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field
• Experience training and coaching business stakeholders on procurement processes

Compensation And Benefits
The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.
