This position will work on-site at our offices located in the Miami area.

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for providing day-to-day assistance and support for the Company’s Global Compliance & Ethics programs. This position will have considerable interaction with all management levels in the Legal Department and other functions within the organization.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist as needed with regulatory compliance inquiries and other requests.
  • Communicate policies/guidelines to management and designated departments
  • Help with investigations in-take and assist as needed in investigations.
  • Prepare memoranda, reports, and presentations for management as requested.
  • Perform other duties as may be required.
  • Train employees on industry compliance requirements.
  • Assist in compliance-related risk assessments.
  • Create compliance awareness materials such as a landing page, posters, newsletters, etc.
  • Research industry compliance regulations and policies.
  • Develop and maintain a compliance recordkeeping system.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor compliance-related controls.
  • Draft, update and implement compliance policies and procedures as required.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • Data security/IT and/or audit/controls experience or knowledge helpful, but not required.
  • Highly skilled in all MS Office applications, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to build relationships with cross functional teams including HR, Finance, IT, Legal and various business functions
  • Ability to effectively participate in multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly demanding environment.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience working in a compliance or legal environment.
  • Detail oriented and strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
