Job Summary


This position supports customer compliance activities as it relates to regulated goods such as alcohol, tobacco and firearms. Key responsibilities include supporting Sales with onboarding new customers, using data analytics to monitor customer activity, investigating potential noncompliance and ensuring corrective action is taken against customers when needed.


Responsibilities:


  • Drafts and develops information and training materials to facilitate internal processes.
  • Plans and leads meetings with employees and management to evaluate appropriate response to and assist with remediation of existing customer compliance matters.
  • Follows up with internal partners to assist with customer compliance.
  • Researches, investigates, and resolves low to moderate customer compliance issues and recommends actions to support compliance with transportation-related regulations.
  • Runs and builds queries.
  • Maintains and enhances tools to monitor projects, compliance issues, and inquiries.
  • Provides support and oversight of corporate compliance matters to Area Sales Managers, Compliance Managers, and the Legal department.
  • Creates, develops, and maintains reports and dashboards to support the customer compliance management.
  • Investigates non-compliant activities and records findings.
  • Assists with the development, implementation, and monitoring of customer compliance and adherence to policies and procedures.


Qualifications:


  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Access, Power Bi and SQL - Preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Required
