  • Produces, coordinates and oversees compliance education and training with a goal of consistent and constant performance improvement.
  • Collaborates with other corporate/operational functions, such as internal audit, legal, finance/accounting, revenue cycle, human resources and business units to direct compliance activities to appropriate channels.
  • Sets and manages to the applicable financial, operational, and quality objectives as related to the compliance program.
  • Manages the organization's privacy activities to ensure that they are effective and that they comply with applicable laws and regulations. This includes conducting audits and reviews of the organization's systems and processes, investigating and responding to privacy incidents, data breaches or other potential violations of applicable laws and regulations.
  • Investigates and responds to compliance and privacy incidents, such as data breaches or violations of laws and regulations. This includes managing a team of investigators and coordinating with other departments and external stakeholders, such as regulators and law enforcement.
  • Provides strategic direction and executive leadership for MPG’s ethics and compliance program, including through the development, design and implementation of the company’s annual compliance plan.
  • Creates and maintains policies and procedures that ensure the organization complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. These policies and procedures must be regularly updated to reflect changes in laws and regulations.

This role is perfect for you if you have
