Job Description

Overview /Objective
As the Manager of Game Integrity Intelligence & Investigations, you will work under the direction of the Director of Game Integrity Intelligence & Investigations to assist in developing capabilities to prevent and detect potential threats to the integrity of the game. This role will lead intelligence collection, manage monitoring efforts and support investigative efforts related to help ensure the integrity of the sport. This role is for an enthusiastic, creative critical thinker.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with other Leagues, local/state/federal agencies, and the gaming industry on effective measures to preserve game integrity
  • Support game integrity investigations through intelligence collection, data analysis, and developing clear written summaries of findings to investigators
  • Develop procedures to manage intelligence collection and data monitoring throughout the season and off-season
  • Monitor trends in legalized sports betting
  • Leverage existing and emerging technologies to support intelligence collection and data monitoring in furtherance of the League’s integrity program
  • Assist in the management of the League’s Integrity Representatives, providing real-time support, assist in developing clear guidance and protocols for their gameday, monitoring and investigative efforts
  • Provide clear written and oral briefings and presentations to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Experience working in a fusion center or supporting SOC operations will be valued
  • 5+ years of equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of sports betting and gaming operations preferred
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to perform moderate to complex data analysis
  • Above average computer skills including proficiency in programs such as Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience and success in leveraging open source intelligence techniques
  • Experience dealing with confidential matters is preferred; a sense of discretion and integrity when dealing with sensitive information is necessary
  • Experience as an intelligence analyst or data analyst preferred
  • Strong and proven experience with analytics and reporting
Physical Demands
  • Role may require moderate walking and climbing stairs in connection with site visits at NFL stadium and events
Travel
  • 10%
Salary / Pay Range
This job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of salaries or hourly rates that the NFL believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job in the location(s) specified. The NFL expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Only in truly rare and exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position, would the NFL consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range.
Terms / Expected Hours of Work
  • FLSA exempt.
  • Weekend work will be required during the NFL season.
