W ork Schedule :

60%, Day shift, 24 hours per week. Hours would typically fall between Tuesday - Thursdays 8:00am – 4:30pm, no weekends required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Social Worker to:

• Assess psychosocial needs of patients and apply brief interventions to support the treatment plan in both the pediatric specialty clinic and inpatient setting.
• Collaborate with the Coordinated Care Pediatric Social Work team to provide support to Pediatric Oncology and Hematology patients and families.

Education :

Minimum – Masters Degree in Social Work

Work Experience

Preferred – Two (2) years prior hospital based social work experience OR Two (2) years prior hospital or community-based social work experience if supporting the HIV Clinic

Licenses and Certifications :

Minimum – Licensed in the state of Wisconsin with one of the following within 90 days of hire:

• Certified Advanced Practice Social Worker (CAPSW)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Certified Independent Social Worker (CISW)
