Infotek Consulting is looking for a seasoned Agile Business Analyst with strong Brokerage experience
SUMMARY OF DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist in coordinating and supporting the team PDL in the management of various work streams
• Work closely with Front office, Operations, Technology,
Compliance, Tax on requirements, technology builds, coordinating/optimizing testing and BAU transitions
• Provide analysis / options that are potential solutions
that meet business objectives, as well as recommendations regarding delivery/implementation (e.g., resource availability, cross-program dependencies, and other implementation constraints)
• Create project artifacts ensuring adherence to approved
enterprise change governance and standards (e.g. requirements documents, privacy impact assessments, data impact assessments, target operating model documents, test strategy, requirement strategy etc.)
• Facilitate detailed requirement gathering,
consolidation, analysis and coordinating business sign-off, some of which include (but not limited to):
o Prepare weekly status update dashboards
o Write user stories, documents high level requirements
in JIRA
o Consolidate relevant project information in Confluence
o Lead and support testing activities
o Document business and trade workflows using Microsoft
Visio
o Create or contribute to project plans (MS Project,
Gantt charts etc.)
MUST HAVE:
Agile, Scrum, Excel Pivots, data mappings/systems mappings, operational trade flow systems
Prior experience in Clearing & Custody/ Prime Brokerage Operations/ Regulatory with proven business analysis and delivery experience (7+ years)
• Prior experience working with technology stakeholders including third-party suppliers
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) including the ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to senior and executive audiences
• Advanced Excel experience including the ability to derive findings/conclusions from large datasets
• Ability to work on multiple concurrent tasks and handle time effectively
• Superior inter-personal skills including conflict resolution, influencing and negotiation
• Flexibility to adapt to unfamiliar, ambiguous, or changing conditions
• Ability to make business decisions based upon sound judgement
NICE TO HAVE
• Familiarity of all asset classes, trade workflow, and
settlement processes, as well as experience with Broadridge is also a plus and Legal/QFC knowledge a plus
