Infotek Consulting is looking for a seasoned Agile Business Analyst with strong Brokerage experience

SUMMARY OF DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Compliance, Tax on requirements, technology builds, coordinating/optimizing testing and BAU transitions

• Facilitate detailed requirement gathering,

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

Education Details: Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field

Experience: 5 years of progressive experience in business analysis, systems analysis, testing or other analytical experience

Need to take Business stakeholder requirements and translate them to technical requirements.

Work directly with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and management

Location: Hybrid role in Columbia, SC; 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Participate in all Agile Scrum ceremonies

Review user stories during refinement with the PO, development, and test team to ensure proper sizing and clarity of acceptance criteria

Support production issues on applications, working with customers, development, and test teams

Update, save, and complete all required project documentation according to standards on assigned projects

5 - 7 years of relevant experience

At least one (1) Agile certification (ICAgile Certified Professional, Scrum Master, SAFe)

Must be willing and able to work 100% remote

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Leading Agile delivery of Platform Architecture development and design of enterprise architecture in MS Azure

Support Product Owners in their management of requirements and product features

Proactively manage and mitigate risks and issues across the Scrum team

Assists in developing and modifying systems requirements documentation to meet client needs and explore potential solutions

Writes and communicates requirements and user stories following a standardized Agile framework

Provide detailed user stories and requirements to technical leads in support of sprint planning activities

Utilize deep working knowledge of Agile Methodologies to lead an Agile transformation at scale

Knowledge of requirements management and/or prototyping (Jira, ALM, RallyDev, Balsamiq, iRise)

Lead role in Business Requirements definition and management involving sessions with multiple business stakeholders

Key Desired Skills, Experience, & Knowledge:

Lead the development of functional and non-functional business requirements.

Work with the Business Capability Owners and IT Product Managers.

Act as a Solutions Lead to understand business strategy and translate into product requirement.

Experience with Application Lifecycle management (ALM)

Experience translating business and product strategy requirements into application requirements and user stories

Delivering business and systems analysis artifacts such as Business Requirements Documentation (BRD), Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)

Experience creating wireframes and prototypes (using applications such as Balsamiq)

Experience with large, multi-module systems

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Certification
