Job Description
Attention all administrative staff, we are calling on you to help us provide assistants for dental exams, treatment, and X-rays to our Military Service members. We will primarily work weekends, with some occasional weekdays in the State of Massachusetts. We are in full preparation mode for our new services under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP).


  • Proficient with computer programs including Microsoft Office
  • Experience in customer service
  • Handle patient check-in and check-out.
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Possess reliable transportation, have a clean driving record and current automobile insurance that provides comprehensive and liability coverage.
  • Reliable, professional, and courteous demeanor
  • Experience with administrative functions
  • Experience working with computers
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly
  • Complete event set up, take down and maintenance.
  • Provide additional admin support as necessary.
  • Must have weekend availability
  • Greet patients.
