Administrative Staff -Rhrp Jobs

Attention all administrative staff, we are calling on you to help us provide assistants for dental exams, treatment, and X-rays to our Military Service members. We will primarily work weekends, with some occasional weekdays in the State of Mississippi on an "as needed basis".

We provide health readiness services to meet the medical and dental requirements to maintain a deployable military force for the following

• U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)
• Must have weekend availability
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly
• Greet patients.
• Provide additional admin support as necessary.
• Army National Guard (ARNG)
• U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)
• U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
• Handle patient check-in and check-out.
• U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
• U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
• Proficient with computer programs including Microsoft Office
• Complete event set up, take down and maintenance.
• Experience with administrative functions
• Reliable, professional, and courteous demeanor
• Possess reliable transportation, have a clean driving record and current automobile insurance that provides comprehensive and liability coverage.
• Experience working with computers
• Experience in customer service
• Air National Guard (ANG)
• Great interpersonal skills
