Administrative Staff - Rhrp

Attention all administrative staff, we are calling on you to help us provide data entry for dental exams, treatment, and X-rays to our Military Service members. We will primarily work weekends, with some occasional weekdays in the State of Mississippi on an "as needed basis".

We provide health readiness services to meet the medical and dental requirements to maintain a deployable military force for the following

• U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly
• Complete event set up, take down and maintenance.
• U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
• Experience in customer service
• Reliable, professional, and courteous demeanor
• Experience with administrative functions
• Army National Guard (ARNG)
• Great interpersonal skills
• U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
• Must have weekend availability
• Handle Soliders check-in and check-out.
• Provide additional admin support as necessary.
• Greet Soliders.
• U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)
• Proficient with computer programs including Microsoft Office
• U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
• Possess reliable transportation, have a clean driving record and current automobile insurance that provides comprehensive and liability coverage.
• Air National Guard (ANG)
• Experience working with computers
