Operations Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic Operations Assistant to join our team. This person will be responsible for key elements of our procurement processes as well as our contract management. You are the first face our clients see and kick off the Paragus experience while they are here. You will be heavily involved in the management of company calendars and leadership coordination. Excellent time management skills and attention to detail are key to success in this role. Our Service Leadership Team is busy and depends on organized reliable support to help them get their jobs done. If you are an energetic self-starter who loves to learn, this position is for you!


Qualifications


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, etc.)
  • Skilled juggler – must have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a willingness to assist other employees and clients with a positive, proactive approach
  • Detailed-oriented and adept at problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks to manage multiple assignments, carry out special projects and complex assignments while meeting deadlines
  • Must be dependable, able to respond to management’s direction, and able to improve performance through thoughtful feedback

Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a fun-loving person to join our family! Our ideal candidate would have excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal. You will need to know your way around Microsoft Office Suite, as we use those apps for everything. The ability to multi-task is of the utmost importance, as you’ll have many to-do’s to juggle. You should have the ability to work independently, prioritize your work, and manage your time effectively, though we expect you to be a team player as well. As if we weren’t asking a lot already, we also want people who are smart, creative, and willing to share their ideas about how we can make Paragus an even better company. 


Hours: Full Time Salaried Exempt, Monday-Friday


Compensation: $45,000 to $55,000 per year
