Administrative Director, School Of Medicine, Gastroenterology

Administrative Director (AD) is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of budget, finance, personnel, strategic plan and administrative services of the Gastroenterology (GI) Section to meet the clinical, research and education missions at Department of Medicine. Administrative Director manages GI Section activities to meet organizational needs and objectives in accordance with operating policies and business plans. The GI AD Utilizes a high degree of initiative and independent judgement to provide leadership in GI Section operations, quality improvement, innovation and staff development. Is accomplished in effective internal and external relationships.

Requires a Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of directly related experience with 3 + years of management experience, Master's degree preferred.
