Job Description
The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for administrative support and project coordination to New Restaurant Real Estate leadership and other members of the team.

Responsibilities


Administrative Support:


  • Submit accurate and timely expense reports
  • Facilitate meetings for the Leadership Team (prepare agendas, take notes, provide cascading communications, etc.)
  • Strategically manage calendars for Executive Director & Leadership Team meetings based on strategic priorities
  • Onboard new hires to the team
  • Intentionally build community within the New Restaurants Real Estate Team
  • Provide travel arrangement (airfare, lodging, car rental, etc.) for Leadership Team as needed
  • Plan and execute team meetings both on and off-site
  • Act as liaison with the Restaurant Development Communications Representative to execute the New Restaurant Real Estate Communications Charter


Project Coordination


  • Assist in research and preparation for meetings and presentations
  • Lead and support related projects as assigned


Minimum Qualifications


  • Experience using effective judgment, sensitivity, and creativity with changing dynamics
  • Strong verbal and written skills and judgment
  • Strong self-starter with follow-through and organizational skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects independently and simultaneously
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing environments
  • Experience managing multiple calendars
  • Aptitude to learn new software necessary for job-related tasks
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Outlook
  • Experience handling highly confidential information
  • High level of initiative and attention to detail


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience managing a complex office environment, supporting multiple people, and working with legal documents.
