Position Summary
Are you passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience and skilled in nurturing strategic relationships? If so, we are looking for Account Executives like you to join our team! In this dynamic role, you will play a pivotal part in our national growth by establishing and maintaining on-going business relationships with real estate investors across the U.S.
What You'll Do
Identify and seize new lending opportunities with property investors and referral partners like brokers and realtors.
Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential borrowers, serving as the primary escalation point for customer issues and inquiries.
Leverage various channels, including calls, emails, and in-person meetings, to stay connected with customers and build lasting relationships.
Attend industry events and conferences to network, generate leads, and promote our brand.
Utilize CRM tools and marketing campaigns to nurture leads and enhance customer relations.
Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to achieve monthly loan volume goals.
Provide support during the borrower approval process, collecting and organizing necessary documentation.
Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor insights to inform our product, sales, and pricing strategies.

Essential Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience in business-purpose lending.

NMLS License And Lending Experience Are Required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Desired Qualities

Education
College degree, preferred.
