Job Description

We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This position will directly report to the Assistant Director PC, AVP of Managed Care, Branch Director, Branch Director PC, Office Manager I, Office Manager II, Regional Quality Manager PC and is responsible for Functioning as the initial point of contact for all interactions with care team members and administrative staff. Ensures adherence to Company policies associated with record establishment, retention, maintenance and confidentiality.

  • Maintain availability lists and complete/accurate schedules, including frequency/duration of services as identified in plan of care and under the direction of the Executive Director. 
  • Contacts team members and administrative employees to obtain/maintain current information according to Company policy, state and federal regulations
  • Receives/enters data for new/current patient and employee records/documentation.

 

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum of one-year data entry, word processing and/or medical records maintenance experience in a medical customer service environment generally require.
