Job Summary

Responsible for several duties pertaining to the daily operational functions at the Club and providing assistance to the senior staff at the Club

• Responsibilities to include: Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, HR Clerical duties, and member relations
• Receives and resolves questions, comments, and concerns from members, guests and employees

Effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image

Greets and welcomes all members, prospective members, visitors, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner

Perform all duties pertaining to the daily revenue reconciliation

Responsible for vendor reconciliations, bad debt calls and collections

Review Membership applications for completeness and assurance with program/legal requirements

Maintains inventory of office supplies; orders supplies as needed

Assist Department Heads with Payroll/Benefit processing and questions
