Job Description
This team member will provide administrative support to the Health and Digital Management team, provide active client contract oversight and administration, interface with internal support departments, EOS program administration for the division, Monday.com administration, calendar management to meeting documentation and action item record keeping. A “can-do” attitude and initiative to learn are core requirements of this position, an openness and flexibility, which allows this member to fill the gaps for the Executive. For example, but not limited to, attending meetings as a proxy for the Executive, email and various correspondence, fielding and prioritizing messages, assisting with documentation, and filing for the Executive.


Align projects with Health and Digital Division goals, construct detailed work plans, manage teams, achieve milestones, and communicate the results across an audience of key stakeholders.


  • Ability to provide accurate updates to Management at any given time along the project lifecycle and reporting to Management on the development and progress of the project
  • Record, transcribe, and distribute meetings minutes when required which may include maintenance of to-do's in Bloom Growth and updates to Monday.com specific boards
  • Coordination between various departments within a given project including the Health and Digital division,
  • Review/maintenance and accountability for sales prospect, active client and vendor contracts, NDA’s and proposals
  • Run the meetings, product presentations, documents, and financial models
  • Serve as the liaison with all employees involved in a given project
  • Being hands on, helping where needed
  • Have in-depth knowledge of the project, from accounting to execution
  • Application of critical thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure project progress, escalating issues to management when needed. Involvement in the project from the planning stages, tracking costs and project budget compliance managing the project’s lifecycle, project closure and follow up post project to ensure continued consistency and stability
  • Responsible for project execution when delegated, administrative duties, tracking progression, showing timelines, organizing and scheduling meetings, and taking notes
  • Find cost savings opportunities
  • Provide administrative assistance to management team
  • Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary
  • Manage and administer the EOS program for the Health division including maintenance and updates of L10 key tracker, identification of meetings, scorecard gaps, identify retraining opportunities and ensure regular auditing of L10’s are carried out by Health and Digital members. Plan and coordinate executive 5-5-5 meetings quarterly
  • Manage and maintain management team schedule, appointments, travel arrangements and expense reports
  • Own the final deliverable when expected.
