Job Description
Summary Of Responsibilities


Assists and supports management with daily activities in the plant office.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS


  • Completes various reports
  • Assists with writing Operation Standards
  • Inventories supplies and materials; provides supply needs list to Marysville Office
  • Escorts non-badged personnel from security to SQ Office
  • Send sort results daily to the customer contact
  • Assists with updates and notifications regarding project changes
  • Maintains and follows Scheduling Board procedure
  • Answers incoming calls and distributes messages
  • Completes required training classes
  • Assists with Passdown Log, Arrival Times and other office documents
  • Adheres to quality compliance requirements
  • All other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned
  • Tracks audits; notifies managers of audits twice daily
  • Sorts and inspects parts when needed


QUALIFICATIONS


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Available to work assigned hours based on customer and business needs
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • 1-2 years of manufacturing, quality or administrative related experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office; proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
