What you will do:

• Comply with applicable FDA and international regulatory laws and standards
• Work in a team environment to manufacture, assemble, test, label, and package products.
• Notify supervisor of issues or discrepancies.
• Assists others on team when needed.
• Read drawings and Lot History Records
• Follow manufacturing process instructions (MPI’s)
• Follow production schedules
• Collaborate with engineers and managers to recognize issues and participate in problem resolution.
• Other duties as assigned with or without accommodation.

What you will need to succeed:

• High manual dexterity and eye/hand coordination to use tools such as, microscope, soldiering iron, tweezers etc.
• Work well in a team environment.
• Able to sit, stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 25 pounds on an occasional basis.
• High attention to detail.
• Able to articulate and comprehend information and instructions.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic reading and math proficiency.
• Able to work in a cleanroom environment.
• Prefer prior cleanroom or medical device manufacturing experience.
• Able to communicate with peers, engineers, and managers clearly and effectively.
• Prior manufacturing or assembly experience required.

Starting Pay: $22.00 per hour

Work Schedule: 2nd Shift, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM, Monday - Thursday
