Responsibilities
Coordinate and implement various office services, such as appointment setting, records control, and other administrative activities, to ensure smooth operations.
Manage scheduling and rescheduling tasks efficiently, accommodating changing needs and priorities.
Assess and enhance unit operating practices, including record keeping systems, forms control, office layout, and personnel requirements, to optimize efficiency.
Communicate and interpret operating policies effectively, fostering clarity and consistency across the organization.
Assist in the collection and preparation of financial and operations reports, contributing to informed decision-making.
Participate in the interview process and provide orientation to new employees and students, ensuring a positive onboarding experience.
Facilitate the evaluation and inquiry process for new students, liaising with parents and the director as necessary.
Compile faculty notes on student progress and performance for review by the director.
Oversee marketing and social media initiatives, including posting advertisements and establishing partnerships with relevant learning institutions.
Qualifications
Ability to work 4-5 days per week from 3 pm to 7 pm ET, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule.
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, showcasing your organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong background in customer service, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in sales and marketing, enabling you to contribute to our growth and outreach efforts.
