At Mystic Valley Elder Services, we pride ourselves on being innovators in the field, creating and implementing cutting-edge programs to support seniors and their families. As a Provider Liaison/Administrative Assistant, you'll play a vital role in managing consumer service data and ensuring efficient administrative and consumer-related functions. Our team believes in work-life balance, and we offer a flexible hybrid remote schedule, with the option of a 4-day work week after the introductory period. Our office is conveniently located in Malden, MA, with ample free parking.

What The Role Entails
As our Provider Liaison/Administrative Assistant, you'll have a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at supporting our consumers and staff effectively. Here's a glimpse of what you'll be doing:
Manage and maintain accurate consumer service data in SAMS documentation, including service initiation, schedule changes, and other service plan updates.
Serve as a crucial link between providers and the agency, ensuring seamless communication of service plan information.
Assist with administrative tasks like document copying, faxing, scanning, and mailing, supporting our Care Managers in their efforts to assist consumers.
Collaborate with other client services administrative assistants, offering support when needed to maintain efficient operations.
Ensure compliance with Mystic Valley Elder Services and Executive Office of Elder Affairs regulations while accurately documenting consumer information.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold the privacy of consumer data at all times.
Your Qualifications
Attend essential meetings and training sessions as required.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications

Associates Degree and 1 year of relevant work experience preferred. High School diploma with significant relevant work experience may be substituted for a degree.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and the ability to use spreadsheets, charts, graphs, and databases.
Comfortable using the internet for research and accessing online tools.
Keen attention to detail with accurate typing skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong time management and organizational abilities, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for interpersonal interactions.
