Job Description
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity as an Administrative Assistant? We have a fantastic position available at a finance firm based in Greenwich, CT. Join our dynamic team and take on a variety of clerical responsibilities while supporting HR duties.
This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work onsite 3-4 days per week, providing you with flexibility and work-life balance. You'll be compensated at a competitive rate of $30-35 per hour, depending on your experience. This is a long-term temporary role with the potential to become permanent.
Responsibilities
Coordinate all office facilities and provide support to ensure smooth operations
Handle data entry and maintain confidentiality for important documents
Manage the conference room schedule efficiently
Assist the facilities manager in ordering inventory and restocking kitchen and office supplies
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of administrative or office coordination experience in a corporate setting
Associates degree is preferred
Display a high level of professionalism and maturity
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
