Job Title: Admin Assistant

Duration: Contract, indefinitely

Location: Las Vegas, NV 89101

Full time M-F, 8am to 5pm, onsite, some offsite occasionally

Needs to be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Duties to include:

1. Answering phones/retrieving messages/returning and redirecting calls
2. Send out/reply to emails
3. Print, fold, stuff, and send out mailings (several throughout the course of the month)
4. Scan and Index forms, documents, and general correspondence
5. Create and modify forms, letters, and labels in Word
6. Data Entry
7. Complete address changes and various forms within system
