Administrative Assistant, Consumer Products

We are pursuing consumer products and associated promotion because we believe it will drive meaningful show awareness/buzz with more tangible, curated ways to interact with our most popular content and in effect, drive long-term value. We want merchandise and experiences to help promote our titles and build them into title brands, or franchises, so they become part of the zeitgeist for longer periods of time.


We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support for our Consumer Products department. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, quick-thinking, flexible, and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and unwavering attention to detail at all times. This is a demanding and fast-moving position that requires someone who is able to exercise good judgment and significant initiative.


Responsibilities:


· Calendar management and optimization, supporting the Director of Franchise Planning, Director of Licensing, and Director of Retail


· Event planning (team events, offsites, support with external meetings). Handle responsibilities related to sourcing and logistics of venues & vendors, coordination of agenda and presentations


· Coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international)


· Managing general administrative duties, including processing expense reports and facilitating team and visitor requests


· Act as a conduit to the executive’s internal and external stakeholders.


· Assist with project management, including follow-up and reminders to appropriate participants


· Coordinate and help prepare agendas, presentations, and materials for staff meetings and team events as well as coordinate any follow-up items


Qualifications:


· 3-5 years as an assistant providing support at an executive level


· Ability to work well under pressure, and perform daily duties with minimal supervision


· Self-starting team player who thrives in a fast-paced team-oriented setting


· Ability to be discreet and maintain confidential information


· Highly organized, effectively prioritizes, and responds accordingly


· Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask


· Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google suite apps, high degree of comfort in learning and working with online tools and applications, and a strong sense of how cloud-based document and database systems are used in a modern business environment


Pay Rate Range:


· $30-40/hr.
