Job Description

Summary

Global asset management firm is seeking an assistant to join the firm to support a team of executives. It is a busy seat that requires heavy calendar management, both domestic and international travel arrangements, expenses, meeting planning, materials prep and other ad hoc projects as needed. Will prepare materials for client presentations including physical binding of books. Great opportunity to be part of a very cohesive team with a great company culture.


Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have a BA/BS degree plus 3-5 years of relevant administrative support experience. Financial services experience is required. Must be a strong team player, great communicator, have strong technical skills and be able to effectively multi-task. Must have outstanding attention to detail and be able to manage calendars with precision.


Compensation - $90-95K plus Bonus
