GIS enables the efficient visualization, analysis, and interpretation of spatial data, allowing local authorities to identify patterns, trends, and relationships within their communities.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a GIS Technician, you'll play a crucial role in:

  • Utilizing cutting-edge software while adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • Working directly with our GIS Coordinator to improve the GIS mapping and reporting for various county departments.
  • Accurately collecting, verifying, and analyzing data and maps to ensure top-notch quality.
  • Preparing and presenting detailed reports to diverse audiences.
