Admin/Data Entry/Drafter

Mid-Cal is in needs of a Drafter/Data Entry Clerk.

Must be organized, have general math skills, pay attention to detail and be very thorough.

Must be able to communicate, make decisions, analyze information and be result driven.

Full-time temp to hire position. $15.50 per hour.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
• Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
• Digitizes temperature surveys, logging runs, spinner surveys and WORMS
• Drafts all Surveys Temperature, Feeler Bar, Steam, Gas, Water, Fluid Entry, Pressure
• Files inspection reports, JSA’s, BBE’s, Shipping Certificates
• Company requires employee's to be fully vaccinated from Covid.***
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Verifies entered data by reviewing, correcting deleting; combining data from different systems when information is incomplete or inaccurate; purging files to eliminate duplication of data
• Maintains records of each survey
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential

This is a Full time temp to hire position. Working Monday Through Friday. Pay rate $15.50hr to start.
