Job Description
Our large transportation client located near Stevenson Road and the 401 in Oshawa is seeking a Data Entry Clerk on contract with opportunity for full-time, to start working ASAP. This is for a day shift, Monday to Friday. You will perform data entry and payroll tasks, along with other administrative functions.


Responsibilities


  • Ensure data is entered correctly
  • Organize and maintain accurate records
  • Make recommendations for improvements
  • Perform all other office tasks
  • Complete payroll entry and accurately track hours for employees/contractors
  • Strong attention to details with ability to follow-up for clarification


Requirements


  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Previous experience in office administration and/or payroll
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Office and Microsoft Excel required
