Job Description

We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk II - Legal Admin for a very important client in Cupertino, CA


Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the execution of agreements with internal and external signatories.
  • Managing communications with providers related to address updates, legal entity updates, DBA requests, and the contract acceptance process.
  • Maintaining the integrity of large amounts of data in the contracts database by scanning agreements, adding them to a database, and entering relevant information.
  • Tracking the status of agreements in process.


The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Legal experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and data entry skills
  • Proficient in macOS and iOS



Hourly Rate Range: $21.00 to $26.00
