Data Entry Clerk Jobs

The Office & Data Entry Assistant will work with other staff members to handle administrative duties, . About 50% of the time the Office & Data Entry Assistant will perform data entry.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned by management.

• Assist with monthly offsite networking events.
• Room set up for meetings.
• Develop and maintain a filing system.
• Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
• Extensive data entry
• Manage the daily appointments.
• Undertake receptionist duties.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Good with computers and excellent typing speed.
• Personable and outgoing
• The applicant must hold a high school diploma or general education degree.
• Proficiency in Windows & Microsoft Office.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working as a secretary/administrative assistant or a similar role required.
