Job Description
  • Serves as the contact person for the Executive Offices
  • Serves as confidential Administrative Assistant to the President/General Manager
  • Provides excellent guest service: Contact with guests includes written and oral correspondence, follow up responding to complaints and/or direct inquires
  • Conserves manager’s time by reading publications, regulatory, informative, and directives and takes action or refers important matters to upper management and staff
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
  • Expedites Contracts: Review and secure appropriate signatures, tracks through the approval and reporting process and maintains contract files
  • Coordinates and Facilitates off property special projects, conferences, and meetings
  • Coordinates work schedule including managing calendar and appointments, screening calls, processing mail, preparation for meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
  • Provides administrative support to visiting Business Executives as needed at this property
  • Assists in any due-diligence process as requested
  • Liaison between the President/General Manager and staff by corresponding and communicating with internal management
  • Composes letters, memos, agendas, minutes, charts and legal documents or other material of more complex nature as directed on behalf of the President/GM including company proposals, and agreements
  • Develops rapport with community officials, political and business leaders and residents ensuring an amicable working relationship.
  • Conserves manager’s time by reading, researching and routing correspondence
