Overview
HPC-Industrial Powered by Clean Harbors is looking for an Administrative Assistant out of Woods Cross UT to join their safety conscious team! The primary purpose of this position is to coordinate the processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and administrative functions as assigned for Support Services/Department.

Responsibilities
  • Improve our service quality to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations.
  • Data Entry.
  • Acts as Human Resources liaison.
  • Processing of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
  • Answer incoming calls to branch location/department.
  • Ensures timely processing of weekly payroll and other administrative functions.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Prepares Personnel Action Forms (PAF’s) for approval and ensures timely processing of these forms.

Qualifications
Educational Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Some college business courses preferred
Skills And Experience
  • Radius experience preferred
  • Computer background working with Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word and Office a must.
  • Trac time keeping experience preferred
  • 1 or more years of clerical experience that includes accounting and bookkeeping is required.
  • Accounting experience strongly preferred.
  • Must be extremely organized, detailed oriented and have strong customer relations skills.
  • Must have ability to multi-task and work independently to meet deadlines.
  • Oil and Gas industry preferred
