Responsibilities
As an Adjunct Lecturer, you will be responsible for teaching the following engaging lecture and lab-based undergraduate courses during the Fall 2022 semester:
Introduction to Biological Sciences (lecture and lab)
Molecular Biology & Biotechnology (lecture and lab) - upper-level undergrad/grad course
Human Biology (lecture only, no lab component)
Cellular Biochemistry (lab) - upper-level undergrad/grad course
The fall semester will commence on Monday, August 29th, and all classes will be taught in person, offering an immersive learning experience for our students. Lecture sections will have a capacity ranging from 24 to 42 students, while lab sections will be capped at 14-16 students.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
M.S. or Doctorate in Biology or a related discipline
Experience teaching at the college level
Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
