Seeking a Activation/Category Marketing Manager for a 6+ Month Contract Opportunity
OUR CLIENT: Well Known Retailer
JOB TITLE: Activation/Category Marketing Manager
LOCATION: Remote/Hybrid - Hoboken, NJ
ROLE TYPE/DURATION: 6+ Month Contract with potential to extend and/or convert based on performance
COMPENSATION: $49- $52 Per hour (Based on experience)
JOB SUMMARY: Looking for a curious-minded and organized Activation Associate Manager to help the team execute omni-channel integrated advertising programs for our retail client. This complex, cross-functional role will be responsible for project coordination and helping with project management and implementation of marketing campaigns that span across our client's omni-channel ecosystem (in-store and online). This role will support Manager(s) and work daily with the internal advertising sales, and Site Experience teams, as well as partner with our client's internal cross-functional teams to help deliver high-impact marketing solutions for their clients.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
  • Serve Sales department and support the growth and evolution of integrated marketing for the brand
  • Management and Execution of supplier-specific Site placements on Retailer's website, working with teams across Site, Creative, Sales, Account Managers to deliver
  • Help with execution of supplier-specific custom marketing campaigns for Retailer's clients
  • Provide support for general department day-to-day department functions, such as owning tracking documents.
  • Demonstrate a spirit of partnership, collaboration, and operational agility and excellence.
  • Vet and help execute innovative ideas and programs in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Actively facilitate and participate in brainstorming and working sessions across cross-functional teams
WHAT’S REQUIRED TO APPLY:
  • Understanding of shopper marketing, account management, and retail media or digital media landscape
  • Prior experience in project coordination encouraged and preferred
  • Exceptionally strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • 3+ years integrated marketing experience in retail, agency, e-commerce, advertising media or related field preferred.
  • Highly collaborative, team player, with the ability to build relationships across multiple levels and departments.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and highly driven
