Acquisitions Analyst/Associate Jobs

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain detailed financial models
• Participate in other special projects, as requested
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis around existing investments, new investment opportunities, industry trends and company performance
• Produce investor presentations containing key information about the company, its strategy and its investments
• Participate in asset management and business plan implementation for the firms’ investments
• Alongside the founders, evaluate and execute real estate investment opportunities
• Track, vet, calculate and analyze investment and fund-level information including return projections, net asset values, and key performance metrics

Required Skill Set:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Bachelor’s degree
• Some travel expected
• Familiarity with financial modeling, including debt, ARGUS and promote waterfalls
• 1-4 years of experience in a Real Estate investing role (additional Investment Banking experience preferred)
• Self-starter with the ability to be flexible, stay organized and multi-task on complex deals while working in a fast moving, transaction driven environment
