The Opportunity

We are working with an AMLaw 30 firm in New York that is looking for M&A associates with a solid public M&A deal sheet.


This firm’s M&A team is regarded highly for their creativity, experience, and multidisciplinary approach to the most challenging and complex M&A transactions. The team has been tier 1 ranked for over a decade, and you will work alongside several of the most pre-eminent partners in the space.


You will work on a mix of private and public M&A matters with partners who are down-to-earth.
