Position Overview

Participate in all aspects of the transaction cycle including acquisition, development, and investment processes, market/strategy research, financial modeling, presentation development, transaction sourcing, due diligence, coordination with outside parties and other ad hoc duties as assigned. Primary aptitudes for the role are self-led investment research & modeling, and preparation of high-quality ‘pitch’ materials for internal decision-makers and external capital providers. This position has exposure to a wide variety of transactions and investment types and structures. The role entails high exposure to senior partners by design and offers unlimited opportunities for career advancement.
