Hours/Week: 40
Pay Range: $40-52k Yearly

Tasks

• Invoice and deliver customer shipments after validating proper documentation.
• Perform various administrative functions for assigned accounts, such as recording address changes and purging the records of deceased customers.
• Complete short administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor related to duties.
• Record information about the financial status of customers and the status of collection efforts.
• Locate and monitor overdue accounts, using computers and a variety of automated systems.
• Answer customer questions regarding problems with their accounts.
• Receive payments and post amounts paid to customer accounts.

• Collect deposits, payments, or fees.
• Maintain financial or account records.
• Monitor financial information.
• File documents or records.

Qualification
Education And Experience
Years of Experience 2+
Education Bachelor's Degree Preferred In Accounting, Finance, Or Related.
: AR Specialist

• Strong Reading Comprehension
• Basic Computer Skills & Navigation
• English Language Required
• Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Hebrew is a plus.
