Accounts Receivable Specialist Jobs

This is a REMOTE position - We are looking for a B2B accounts receivable professional to help us with a 2 to 3-month invoicing/AR project. This will be working with SaaS clients and following up on previous invoices that were sent incorrectly and/or using an incorrect system or method to send invoices, which have caused them to be outstanding with active clients.

What you will do:

• Organize and report on the number of invoices outstanding, the likely cause, and where to begin
• Track and report on progress
• Research client information and determine the best point of contact for following up on outstanding invoices.
• Reach out via email and phone to collect on outstanding/missed invoices

Systems: Netsuite. (previous system - QuickBooks)

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills and business savvy - you know how to navigate to the right AP person and you can articulate what may have caused the invoices to be missed

Experience in AR or managing AR and best practices and GAAP

Work ethic, ability to prioritize, and ability to be productive and effective in your home office or remote office.
