Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for solid professionals that are seeking the right opportunity with huge growth potential. Currently we are looking for a A/R A/P Clerk to join our team.
Pay Scale: $17.00-$24.00
Responsibilities:

• Post Collison Center Repair Orders
• Print vendors statements at month end
• Record, maintain, and process all 1099 information
• Research and answer all receivable and vendor inquiries
• Prepare accounts payable checks immediately
• Post accounts payable invoices
• Maintain accounts receivable at company standards
• Collect past due payments when ever necessary
• Maintain sales tax exempt information
• Deposit prior day checks

Job Requirements:

• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction
• At least 2 years of experience as an Accounts Receivable/Payable Administrator
• Effective communication skills
• Critical thinking skills
• Highly organized
• Knowledge of CDK preferred
• Works well under pressure
