Our finance team is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk. This position will be a hybrid work model, with two days ON-SITE in our Denver, CO office.

1906 New Highs is an innovative multi-state operator (MSO) in the fast-growing cannabis edibles industry. We license our suite of experience-focused, plant-based edibles (drops, beans, and chocolate peanut butter cups) to licensee partners in eight states: Colorado, Oklahoma, Illinois, Michigan, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and Massachusetts. In 2023, we are expanding to more new markets, and are adding to our team to support these substantial growth plans.

This new role will help accelerate our team's progress. The Accounts Receivable Clerk will report to our Financial Controller.

JOB DUTIES:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Filing
  • Mail Management in / out
  • Customer Service.
  • AR Support – Entering Invoices and Credits, Applying Payments, Collection Calls
  • Other projects as assigned.
  • Credit Management
  • Providing Ad Hoc reporting
  • Account Reconciliations.

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Experience with QuickBooks Online
  • Confidentiality
  • Attention to Detail
  • Data Entry Skills
  • Thoroughness
  • Adaptability
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products
  • Experience with G Suite Products

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • Previous bookkeeping experience preferred.
  • Previous Manufacturing / Distribution experience preferred.
    • Minimum 2 Years' Experience Billing / AR
    • Previous bookkeeping experience preferred.
