Accounts Payable Clerk Jobs

The Accounts Payable Clerk works collaboratively with the Chief Financial Officer to ensure timely and accurate payments of accounts payable. We welcome all members of our community, especially those unable to afford care. We are founded and governed by our community. Qualifications Associate degree in business administration preferred or related discipline. Excel experience preferred. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Some Duties Include: Code and enter invoices into the accounting system. Print payable checks or pay with credit card or ACH in vendor websites. Prepare and submit annual 1099 for applicable venders. Expense reports Prepare Daily bank deposit. Assist Chief Financial Officer as needed.
