RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Open and sort daily mail
• Review and reconcile monthly vendor statements
• Other special projects as assigned by the Account Payable Manager
• Weekly filing of Purchase Orders and support
• Match weekly checks runs to support for review and signature by Management
• Respond to inquiries from vendors
• Monitor international accounts payable email account for incoming invoices
• Distribution invoices to AP team member for processing

QUALIFICATIONS And REQUIRED SKILLS

• Construction experience a plus
• Requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task\ Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing\ Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
