Job Summary

The Accounts Payable Manager is responsible for insuring that all vendor invoices are processed and paid in accordance with established policies and procedures. Responsible for analyzing account inquiries for special project and productivity reports. Is also the "SuperUser" of the Meditech Accounts Payable system, all of the training of staff and upgrades to the Accounts Payable module. Supervises staff and ensures competent operations of assigned accounts payable function.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement:

AA degree or five years experience in supervision. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.

Minimum Experience Requirement:

Three years of accounts payable or purchasing experience required, including supervision and staff development. Working knowledge of computerized accounting systems. Excellent customer service skills required.

Minimum License Requirement:

Delivering world-class health care one patient at a time.

Pay Range:
