We are looking for an Accounting Assistant with AP experience to join the Cascade Finance Team! (Remote or Hybrid considered – will need to work 8-5 PST hours)

Job Summary

The basic function of the Accounting Assistant is to perform customer billing for drop ship purchase orders and accounts payable invoicing related to purchase orders and back-up support to other Accounting Team personnel.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Perform general office functions; scanning, filing, data entry, and opening of mail.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
• Promote and project a professional company image. Support company values and mission.
• Confirm all drop ship purchase orders with vendors, including but not limited to: tracking, shipment status, and freight charges.
• Maintain a high degree of cooperation, communication, and coordination with others.
• Perform the daily drop ship invoicing assuring all customer charges are assessed per company policies and all shipped drop ship purchase orders are invoiced.
• Perform Accounts Payable invoicing related to purchase orders.
• Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with others.
• Assist other Accounting Department personnel as needed.

Performance Measurements

All drop ship invoicing performed daily, while ensuring all customer charges are assessed per company policy.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• High school education or GED.
• One year to three years of similar or related experience.
• Qualified candidates must currently be in U.S.

Salary Disclosure: Comp range $15.50-$19.00 hr.
