Position Summary

At Platform Transition, our people, culture, and process drive our success and make it a wonderful collegial working environment. We are looking for a quick learner with solid bookkeeping experience and strong organizational skills to manage AP/AR, reporting, and accounting administration of the company. Sage Intacct experience is a plus.

Regular responsibilities will include accounts payable and receivable, client invoicing, managing department email correspondence, managing tasks in ClickUp and keeping organized records in various workflow systems. The position is expected to be 15-20 hours per week (3-4 hours per day), and with a self-starter who is adept at learning new skills and demonstrates great work product and reliability, the role can quickly grow in responsibilities and time. Although there is flexibility in the exact schedule, we are looking for daily weekday coverage during Eastern time zone business hours.

You will work with the Director of Finance & Operations and the President and maintain timely and proactive communication with the Sales team and other members.
