We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts and ensuring their satisfaction and success. You will collaborate closely with clients, understand their needs, and provide exceptional service to help them achieve their business goals. This is a part-time position, offering flexible working hours to accommodate your schedule.


Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, serving as their primary point of contact. Understand their objectives, challenges, and expectations to effectively address their needs.
  2. Account Management: Develop account plans, set goals, and establish strategies to drive client satisfaction and growth. Regularly review account performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement appropriate actions to optimize client success.
  3. Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, promptly responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their concerns are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  4. Client Training and Onboarding: Coordinate and conduct training sessions for clients, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of our products or services. Facilitate smooth onboarding processes, assisting clients in adopting our solutions effectively.
  5. Account Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for assigned accounts. Analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights to clients on their account performance and recommended strategies for improvement.
  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment in account strategies, customer needs, and overall business objectives.
  7. Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential opportunities and challenges for clients. Share relevant insights and recommendations with the team and clients as appropriate.


Required Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with the industry or market relevant to the company's products or services is a plus.
  • Proven experience in account management, client services, or a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools to manage client accounts and track progress.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
