Job Description
RateHawk is a travel tech company that operates globally and is part of the Emerging Travel Group. Emerging Travel operate several different brands since 2010, and we are a respected and trusted travel company in Europe, the United Kingdom, the Middle East, and Asia. Currently, we are expanding into the America travel market.


Our goal as a leader in the travel technology industry is to provide travel professionals with the most convenient travel products through creation, distribution, and management. We are always working to improve and expand the travel industry and make it easier for everyone. This includes making travel simpler, more profitable for professionals, and more accessible for individuals.


We are looking for Sales Managers in the U.S. and Canada to implement effective sales strategies and build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with our customers and partners in the North American market.


What you will do:


  • Actively promote our new international project;
  • Maximize and develop API business with potential and existing partners;
  • Maintain and improve our relationship with customers to increase their performance and revenue;
  • Product presentations & networking, as well as controlling payments and providing comprehensive reports
  • Work with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory;
  • Provide market and competitive analysis to help the company reach the North American territory and be part of our growth;
  • Follow up with new and existing customers in our portfolio to provide system training and strategically understand what you can do to provide better opportunities and solutions;
  • Work closely with the Sales Managers to ensure the best relationship with our existing customers;


Requirements


  • Language proficiency. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • International mindset. Capable of understanding and working across diverse cultural contexts, reflecting ETG's global presence
  • Interpersonal skills relevant to the position. Ambitious and action-oriented professional with a proactive, results-focused mindset who is comfortable with fast-paced business environments. Adept at utilizing cutting-edge technologies and using data-driven decision-making. A team player with a strong appetite for innovation
  • Competency in API integration and technology sales & deals
  • Results-oriented. You are data-driven and well-versed in metrics and numbers - KPIs
  • Experience relevant to the position. Ideally, 2-5 years of sales experience, account management and knowledge of the travel market of the relevant country, as well as network with travel agencies, OTAs, tour operators, etc
  • Business trips. Working time allocation of 10% may be required for visiting customers or attending events
  • Location. Must be a current U.S. resident/citizen
  • Be your own CEO. We are looking for individuals who can work independently and take responsibility for their own tasks
