Role Description: Business Development Representative
Join our dynamic team and play a key role in establishing strategic partnerships within the real estate industry. As a Business Development Representative, your mission is to secure rights for our cutting-edge infrastructure installation and connect us with potential customers, including multifamily/apartment/condo complexes and single-family/HOA/private road entities.
Responsibilities
Engage property managers and owners of Multi-Dwelling Units/Private Home Owners Associations to negotiate building access agreements for our services.
Foster strong relationships with property management partners, actively contributing to our inventory growth.
Utilize your sales expertise to navigate complex negotiations for right-of-entry agreements.
Leverage CRM data to develop effective sales strategies and provide valuable business insights.
Consistently meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain a diverse sales funnel through various activities, including cold calling, prospecting, mailers, follow-ups, and networking.
Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to convey the value of our services both internally and externally.
Contribute to our Sales team culture by sharing best practices and influencing our Sales strategy.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of sales experience, particularly with partners.
Proficiency in using a CRM platform.
Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced sales and partnership certifications.
Experience within the Internet Service Provider (ISP) industry.
Familiarity with financial models and analysis.
Ability to assess and evaluate opportunities effectively.
Advanced skills in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation
Base salary range: $89,510 - $105,300 (USD).
Compensation may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.
